Erica Hollingsworth joined the team in 2023, bringing expertise across the life science industry, including working for a pharma company and a medical device company in Switzerland. Most recently, she worked at the UK BioIndustry Association (BIA) in marketing and communications, where she was involved in a variety of projects, including sector financing, policy, and DE&I. Erica has a BSc in Human Sciences from University College London.
