MEDiSTRAVA is now PIF TICK certified as a Trusted Information Creator

The MEDiSTRAVA Patient Engagement team were recently awarded the PIF TICK – the only independently assessed quality mark for health and care information.

About the PIF TICK

The PIF TICK is a quick and easy way for patients and the public to identify that the health information they are viewing has been created using a robust, approved production process.

It helps audiences recognise health information that is:

• Evidence based
• Written in plain language
• Produced by trained staff

The PIF tick is awarded by the Patient Information Forum (PIF), a non-profit organisation that promotes the production and dissemination of trusted health information to patients and the public.
